Sheikh, what's confusing is that you said that when prophet Sulaymān passed away on his throne and the beast consumed the minsah of the staff, the Jinns realised they were working for a mortal being. How then did the Dajjāl come in all of a sudden? If the Dajjāl is on his throne then where did prophet Sulaymān die? Furthermore, the prophet's du'ā was clear that nobody would be able to get a kingdom the like of what he had, so then how could the Dajjāl use the staff to command the Jinn?

Allah kno best. Jin and mankind dont physically coincide in the same space and time. So a human being in reality time could see Soloman (a.s) body showing no signs of life and then pronounce him dead, and on top of that he was a Noble King so we have to doubt that he was left in that state for more than a day or a night. Like wise the jin witnessing Soloman (a.s) dead body on the throne showing no signs of life by Allah, which proves to the people that despite having the advantage of being unseen to man, jinn do not possess the knowledge of the unseen and most importantly the jin haven’t witness Soloman (a.s) soul leave his body which would indicate the state of death; and on top of that the jin was still following Soloman (a.s) last command to them. Allah witnesses the seen and the unseen world simultaneously proving to be the manifesto of time itself . And the ayat proves how degradable magicians, palm readers and physics are who use jin for theyre work. Man does not know if a duration of a day is the same for the jin. Jin could perceive time on this earth slow or fast and in this ayat it seem to be slower than lunar time since they didnt kno Soloman (a.s) died, until physical evidence was given to them.

I have been struggling all my life to understand the Quranic commentators' interpretation of the verse of the turmites that ate away at the staff of the "deceased- sitting- on -a -chair or something" King Solomon (Pbuh)...then he fell because the staff became rotten...only then the jinn realized he has passed away.
