The verse that Allah will teach Jesus the book, was interesting to see it could mean Quran, one would think it means Bible(literally translated as the Book) as opposed to Quran(literally translated as Recitation, preserved by those that memorized it, not easy to corrupt since it was more a recitation than a book)

May Allah grant him Jannat-ul-Ferdous and give him a complete mercy in this world and the hereafter. He, in this age and pandemic, has travelled Pakistan and stayed 3 tumultuous months there. He also extensively travelled to educate people of books from the teaching of Quran. He construed some of the verses which require a sumptuous amount of dexterity in the religious epistemology and interpreted beatifically. 25:13 The worst death Allah gives to a man Sheikh explained is so horrible that I would not want anyone to be dead like that. But what about recently deceased Donald Rumsfeld? __________________________________ I wish great health and success of his (Imran Hossain) and pray to Almighty that he be in good health to procure more knowledge and deliver it to us. It is very easy to refute sheikh Imran Hosein (in 32:12) regarding the innocence person who was crucified (an nisa: 157). Sheikh Imran said "Allah cause to assume to appearance of the messiah, and that man was held and that man was crucified in the place of messiah. On the judgment day, he (God) would ask then you said I have done this an innocence man who never claim to be the messiah. I cause him to assume the appearance of the messiah as the consequence I call him to be crucified." Sheikh Imran said this is an act of injustice of God. Well, this is actually not correct because there is another example (in Quran) in which it is far more injustice according to sheikh imran if we use his logic. We can see from surah al-kahf : 74, where Khidr killed a young boy. Then prophet moses asked him why he killed innocence soul (kill young boy)? Then in response to that (al kahf: 80) (even the action of the grown young boy had not done yet), Khidr explained why he killed that young boy. In al kahf: 82, khidr says that it is not his own will but God's will. --- So, from this example and comparison, we can conclude that Allah can do whatever He wants. He plan something that human cannot comprehend. So, when we look at the "innocence man who was crucified", it is not us to judge God and said He is unjust, but it is that person himself who will speak to God and ask for justice in judgement day. This is because, we don't know anything about that innocence person who crucified or the innocence young boy who murdered, but only God knows everything. He would do whatever He wills without afraid of any consequences because He will not be judged. So the fallacy of sheikh Imran Hosein is to use human intellect or opinion to judge Allah.

Surah Al-Imran verse 55, translation by Sahih International: "[Mention] when Allah said, "O Jesus, indeed I will take you and raise you to Myself and purify you from those who disbelieve and make those who follow you [in submission to Allah alone] superior to those who disbelieve until the Day of Resurrection. Then to Me is your return, and I will judge between you concerning that in which you used to differ." I don't think by this verse Allah is praising the Christians and promised them dominance over Muslims or any other, until the Day of Resurrection. It is the Sheikh's immense love toward the son worshiper who call themselves Christians that he interprets the verse that way over and over, to please them. Allah said "who follow you". So my question is who is following Jesus, Christians don't follow him, they follow Paul. Jesus said to keep the covenant, they did not keep it, Jesus said I did not come to abolish the law, and the first law is "your Lord is One", but they worship the son alongside. Jesus followed the path that every Prophets follows, they were all Muslims. Allah said Himself, The only religion acceptable in the Sight of Allah is Islam. So when Allah sent Musa (AS), or ISA (AS). or any other Prophets, Allah sent them to spread Islam, not any other religion. The only difference was they were sent to specific people of a region, with minor change in laws and rituals, but all the Prophets taught Tawheed. Even the term Christian or Yahud is not mentioned in their Books. Several times Allah mentioned them in Quran as "those who call themselves Christians", Allah did not mention them directly as Christian, to send a message. Christian is the term adapted after the alleged crucifixion of Isa (AS). Allah promised superiority to those who follow Jesus, question is who follow Jesus the most, is it Christian or Muslim? Muslims follow Jesus all along, as Jesus was always a Muslim, who submitted his will to Allah. He believes in Oneness of Allah, and Muslims share the same beliefs, Christians don't share that belief, he believes in all the Prophets, but not Christian or Jews believe in all the Prophets. Now one can argue that after his return all the Christians would believe Muhammad (SAW), as the last prophet and also repent for their ignorance to make him a son of God. But then again, they would all become Muslims by default, but whether their repentance is accepted at that point, after truth is revealed, is another argument. Hope I am making some sense, and Allah knows best.

You definitely have a valid point, but I believe the Sheykh is interpreting the verse to possibly refer to Unitarian denominations of Christianity that reject the concept of the trinity. On a side note Allah does refer to the christians directly a few times in Surah Al Baqarah ( i.e verse 111) and elsewhere I believe.

This explanation makes more sense. Some of the views of the sheik that I am not convinced about. He also contradicted himself when he often says religion has always been Islam and then say Christianity will rule the world. Jesus will come back and clear the misconception of the Christians and the will immediately realize that they have been wrong and it will be easy for them to accept the truth and become Muslims. That’s my belief.

That is [merely] their wishful thinking. Say, "Produce your proof, if you should be truthful." - Saheeh International In this ayat Allah mentioned "they". Allah knows very well what they call themselves, but if Allah approved it, Allah would have said Jews and Christians say, but He did not say it. On your another point you speculated that the Sheikh might be referring to specific group of Christianity, you are wrong. I hear him say this in at least several lectures, he never mentioned it is applicable for specific group. At least in one lecture I heard him say, even though they attribute a son with Allah, still Allah plans superiority for them, implying that if Allah has written superiority for Christians (regardless of their blasphemy), who are we to question Allah.
