Here are the 4 duas written in phonetics for easy recitation: 1. first Dua is: ”A’oodhu bi-kalimaatillahi taammaati min sharri ma khalaq. 2. The second Dua is: “Oe-iedhoe-koema bi kalimaatillahi at-taam-maati min koelli shaytaanin wa hammaah wa min koelli aynin laammah.” 3. The third Dua is: “ Bismillahi Arqeek, min Kulli Shayien Juhdeek, min Sarri Kulli Nafseen aw ‘ayneen Haasidien Allahu Jasfeek, Bismillahi Arqeek” 4. We having balances problems low back pain bad smell from our mouths continue health problems we don’t know what is it and all our kids are affected by it too. Do the following method everyday. After completing each verse blow/dry spit into water and use it for drinking and bathing everyday. Blow/dry spit in honey and consume it everyday. Blow/dry spit in olive oil(use coconut oil if not available) and apply this oil everyday on shoulder, knee joints and private parts. Also, apply this oil before going to sleep everyday. Surat Al-Faatihah (recite 11 times) Surat Al-Baqarah, Verse 102 (recite 3 times) Surat Al-Baqarah, Verse 255 a.k.a. Ayat Al Kursi (recite 11 times) Surat Al-A’raf , Verses 117 to 122 (recite 11 times) Surah Yunus, Verses 81 and 82 (recite 11 times) Surah Taha, Verses 68 to 70 (recite 11 times) Surat Al Ikhlaas (recite 11 times) Surat Al-Falaq (recite 11 times) Surat An Naas (recite 11 times) ****************************************** Recite the following after every prayer : Ayat Al Kursi (recite 1 time) Surat Al Ikhlaas (recite 3 times) Surat Al-Falaq (recite 3 times) Surat An Naas (recite 3 times) أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ السَّمِيعِ الْعَلِيمِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ مِنْ هَمْزِهِ وَنَفْخِهِ وَنَفْثِهِ ● I seek refuge in God, All-Hearing and All-Knowing from the accursed devil, from his evil suggestion (hamz), from his puffing up (nafkh), and from his spitting (nafth) (recite 3 times) أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ، وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لاَمَّةٍ‏ ● I seek refuge in the perfect words of God from every devil and from poisonous pests and from every evil, harmful, envious eye. (recite 3 times) بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ ● In the name of God, when Whose name is mentioned nothing on Earth or in Heaven can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower (recite 3 times) ****************************************** Recite the following , dry spit on your palm and wipe over your body before going to sleep (If you are sleeping during day time, you still follow the same method).Make sure your are applying the oil as mentioned above. Also, make sure you are in state of wudhu/ablution: Ayat Al Kursi (recite 1 time) Surat Al Ikhlaas (recite 3 times) Surat Al-Falaq (recite 3 times) Surat An Naas (recite 3 times) أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ السَّمِيعِ الْعَلِيمِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ مِنْ هَمْزِهِ وَنَفْخِهِ وَنَفْثِهِ ●(recite 3 times) أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ، وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لاَمَّةٍ‏ ●(recite 3 times) بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ ●(recite 3 times) أَعُوذُ بكَلِمَاتِ اللهِ التَّامَّاتِ الَّتِي لَا يُجَاوِزُهُنَّ بَرٌّ ولَا فَاجرٌ مِنْ شّرِّ مَا خَلقَ، وبَرَأَ وذَرَأَ، ومِنْ شَرِّ مَا يَنْزِلُ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ وِمنْ شَرِّ مَا يَعْرُجُ فيهَا، ومِن شَرِّ مَا ذَرَأَ في الأَرْضِ ومِنْ شَرِّ مَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهَا، وِمنْ شَرِّ فِتَنِ اللَّيْلِ والنَّهارِ، ومِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ طارِقٍ إِلَّا طَارِقاً يَطْرُقُ بخَيْرٍ يَا رَحْمَنُ(recite 1 time) Last 2 verses of Surat Al-Baqarah (recite 1 time) Keep away from all haram things(haram food, unwanted gaze, watching indecent movies/pics etc because these things will remove protection.
