The R53 Mini Cooper S Is Getting A New Belt Tensioner & Idler Pulley!!

The chirping is from the belt. Once it warms up, the chirp stops. But you will hear it at every cold starts. I had the same issue when I changed to a new belt with a smooth surface. I got a continental belt that has textured surface and the chirping stopped.

When you service your water pump you also need to service your supercharged/oil it is better to do it once
