Why not just look up the oil quantity and put that in?

Just how I’ve always done it and it’s always wise to check the level after an engine warm up and a ride too. The quoted quantity is for a completely dry engine, and how can you be 100% you’ve drained every last drop? So I just fill to the eye sight and then I’m happy all is good 👍

The regular oil, 10w 40. Yamalube is the official oil of the bike but I’d say any quality, semi synthetic is good.
