Yes. 100%. I can listen to their songs and blend it into my memories perfectly as though they were there all along. They emulate nostalgic emotion. But In a good way.

This was the soundtrack to the last summer before heading off to college, driving around back roads at the end of the day. Recall the lump the in my throat it would give me, trying not to think too much about how I was never going to have the freedom like I did in that present moment ever again.

this is the band i turn to when i feel down, when i want to hear something sincere and sentimental . i think they really knew theyd have a special place in peoples hearts if they made this kinda music and thats what they wanted.

Growing up, I started listening to classic rock, then grunge, indie rock, shoegaze, indie pop, etc... Now, If I had to choose to bring only one band to a desert island, I would only bring The Radio Dept.

what a beautiful song. it feels like yesterday that i introduced my significant other to this song and in a serendipitous moment as he was listening, he witnessed a shooting star falling towards my direction. we're in long distance but every time i hear this, it's as if it encompasses every warm feeling i had that night. not to mention that second verse as it's really touching for me.
