Such wonderful memories of this series and particularly the music which I retained all my life.

the oldman, say keep your pecker-up. ha ha ha i lived one mile away from oakworth in oldfield in 1975 a lovely part of yorkshire, how i still miss the old place.

@@jaellouis4749 You dont say. I was interested in how the BBC chose to edit the filming of original story, and whether the actors were encouraged to developed the characters, compared to the shorter, feature length film.
