It ain't that easy to play Ramones' songs. Especially live versions- rapid fire speed and mostly bar chords. Johnny Ramone was the Master of downstrokes.

Thanks for the videos, I have been practicing my soloing for a while and it is coming together. But...I haven't been learning any specific blues songs. I have 10 days to learn a blues song (any known title) for an event (I just can't noodle around over the 12 bar blues). Which song would you recommend? I'm looking for something easy to learn, that folks would know or recognize...I may or may not have backup. Could just be me and my electric guitar. This is kind of an audition, but they say it really isn't. "Play us one or two songs"...basically, for them to see how well I play. They are planning a benefit music show, not exactly an open mike, but they plan to accept everyone who attends all the rehearsals, try to put them someplace, cobble together a few bands. What do you think?
