Hi Suzy iv not tried turmeric for a sore throat I always use a teaspoon of salt in boiled water let it cool then gargle it really works it kills bacteria in the throat great shop with me they have some beautiful things in Ioved the light blue and white duvet set very pretty for summer enjoy the rest of your week lovely ❤

Yeah.. it worked! I do suffer bad with my tonsils sometimes water & salt doesn’t do much for me - imagine what turmeric can do for our insides.. 💭 I’m going to start taking it a couple times a week and see how I feel 🕊️

suzy the coffee jug takes ground coffee sold in all supermarkets put coffee in then hot water leave for a few minutues and then push handle down and serve x

Those yoghurt packs are full of live culture and they are so easy to do. The shop bought ones have got lots of stuff that’s not very nice, if you want to be healthy these are really tasty, they don’t taste powdery. I love the coconut one and out of a big range of different flavours there’s only 1 that I don’t like. And once made up they last in the fridge for 2 weeks.

I absolutely love the range ots soooo dangerous for my bank balance tho😅 last time I went I spent a fortune on Reed defusers and candles. And there pictures are lovely. I so like that picture frame you got, think I will be venturing in to there soon as I've nearly finished decorating my living room. And my laminate flooring goes down in 2wks. Hope your enjoying this lovely weather its supposed to get hotter over next few days have a lovely week xx

Loved the vlog I love the range aswell ours isn't as nice as what yours looks though as an idea for your picture gallery wall why don't you try and get hold of some pictures of your home back in the day before you had it when first built or whatever and the blueprints kinda thing for the house so you could see how it was originally planned etc would certainly be a wall of interest and some pics of through the ages up until now your there and you'd see the changes over the decades centuries etc just an idea as know you'd love something like that if possible maybe the local library would have information or be able to tell you where to look for relevant information maybe and you could possibly print some of the pictures off even don't hurt to ask does it until the next time my lovely xx ❤
