That's a crying shame about their language disappearing. I had the fortune to be raised in Montreal.... so, I had the opportunity to learn two languages straight away.... and I did. I speak, read and write three now with fluency and a fourth not as well.

the Maritime connection to Waltham goes way back when many of our ancestors moved there to start a new life .. life in the Maritimes was hard back then and the work was scarce not to mention the money..
