I'd like to tour the world with You, I'd like it to be ours cause even though wings are spreaded out and I won a lot I don't know who I will give my heart. I wanna hear You screaming that you are there I wanna hear You screaming that you are there i'd like to see you in a dream wow are you there? They were actually all kind of enjoyable in their own ways. I think my fave was the Dear Diary one cause it had a strong narrative component which could have a lot of potential (watching someone’s unraveling thru their diary entries, or maybe their victory). I also could relate to it a lot lol. I liked the use anxiety being a monopoly in the economy of his life or something like that. I thought it was clever. Buuut I also love emo music (and I could sense some emo inspiration goin on in that one) so maybe it really is a matter of taste. But there really wasn’t any one of those that was super unlikable/unlistenable to me. The first one had a really pleasant flow to me, the non-English one was really polished and smooth which made it enjoyable, the Dear Diary one had a great narrative, and the last one was also good. The last one was maybe my least favorite but only if I really had to pick. I’d listen to the full song of any of these. It’s like they all both didn’t kill it in their own ways and did kill it in their own ways hah. This was a cool challenge.

So unless someone comes along and fits that sound in your head it's not that it's bad just not what you're looking for. 55 seconds in and there's already a critical flaw and this breaks my heart. All the people said "I would have killed his beat ". Not I can kill any beat or I'm an incredible rapper who can do no wrong or anything like that. You sent beats out, people said they could have killed THEM. this isn't fair and it's rigged AF. you're holding all these people accountable for something they didn't say they could do. It's different when you hear a certain beat and are compelled to it. You should have sent those beats to those people and then also did whatever you're about to do in this video.
@sethmathis2502 жыл бұрын
Wow who woulda guessed, nobody did the thing they didn't say they would do at all and a white guy is just expecting stuff. People said they would kill those OTHER BEATS. they heard THOSE BEATS and were inspired by THOSE BEATS. Is this so? I'm sorry but I don't agree. Usually you'll notice a lot of successful people in different fields are the loudest at times. I think this is a biased perspective based on how people want to feel about people they view as being too "arrogant". Think about it does this same argument fit for people like Kanye, Kobe, Cristiano Ronaldo, Michael Jordan? Or even very successful business men? I just think some people talk a big game and some people don't. Some people who talk a big game can deliver and some of them don't. And tbh these guys got a chance to showcase themselves, gain experience and even possibly fans because they were vocal so... And I think the last guy actually did well and his delivery fit the beat and the vibes of it

@@RJWM1999 at first excuse me for my English it's not my first language. Thats why i said to a certain point when you put confidence and skill in a relation shown in a graph at first your confidence is high but your skill is not because you don't know very much about the field then the more you learn the less confident you get about your skill because you notice how complex the field is and after that the more you learn the confidence comes back until you master it and you are again very confident. But you are right you can't generalize and there are people where this doesn't fit but for most it does

They stuck to the style the beat allowed them to create. While fire, the beat was limiting, and if you don’t enjoy the style your own beat encourages then you won’t enjoy whatever music is made with it.

Excuses. If you’re a rapper, you’ll figure it out.

@@TheSublimeLifestyle look man, the beat was laid back, and the guy expected hard shit. The rappers stuck to their guns and made what they wanted to make, and imo did every well with what they were provided. I can tell you have your opinion and I have mine, I have no intent of trying to convince you of anything with this reply. Just further explaining what I initially stated

@@EastonB_ He didn't expect "Hard" shit he expected them to kill it in their own way. Which couple of them did okay but that's not even an excuse. Hotline bling is the same kind of laidback beat but yet drake still made it a hit. It's not the beat its the lack of vision and creativity of the artist.

Dude, more content like this. Love to feel the pressure this puts on people talking themselves up. Maybe a competition with a tier system based off of total listens and subscribers to the various platforms they're on. You could then do a poll and let everyone vote. It would give a lot of people a unique opportunity to get out there and you could also scout some talent for your own beats.

I felt the pressure for sure. It was so exciting!!!
