My spouse and my 17 year old son are atheists and they both know I’m a Christian and I know I drive them nuts I let them believe what they Will cause no matter how many times I’ve told them it’s like they ignore me. Reminder: We're not saved because of our good works, but because of our faith alone in Christ alone. Because Jesus already took away our sins and paid all the penalty of sin on the cross, as he died on the cross. And "whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16). Our works are not requirement to be saved, but only by believing in Christ alone as our Savior. After we're saved, we can do good works, as 2 Corinthians 5:17 says "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."

You might want to read Matt 20:42 in Comparision to Luke 17:36 -37. They ask Jesus where are they taken? And he says where the eagles (vultures) are gathered. The ones taken are the meal, they are not going to a meal, you do not want to be taken in these verses!!!!! Unless you want to be food for a vulture. In the Rapture the body is changed and taken to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. To a meal, not the meal.

Folks I too grew up in the 70's snd 80's, I probably heard these messages about 4 to 5 times a week until I graduated from college! I was born again when I was 8 years old, and surrendered to preach the gospel, at 10 years old. My mother attempted to get me to read Marve Rosenthal's book, "The Pre-wrath rapture of the church"! I still have not read it. But one night after having multiple surgeries, i was up studying the Bible. I came across 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, The Apostle Paul clearly says that "....we who are alive and remain...", He says this twice, meaning he wants out attention, cause this is very important! So i asked myself, alive and remain from what? Then I was drawn to Revelation 13:7-10! It does not say that the anti-christ will persecute, the church, nor pester it! No it says the anti-christ will make WAR against it! Then back to 1 Corinthians 15:51-52, Paul says that we will not all die, ( which correlates with 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 "alive and remain") but we will all be changed! Then 2 Thessalonians 2:1, Paul Clearly says that these two events happen at the exact same time! And verses 2-10 says that Christ's coming and our gathering together unto Him will NOT happen until the Apostasy happens and the anti-christ is revealed which goes on until it says that Christ is slaying the anti-christ with the sword of His mouth! Folks the Last Trumpet is the Great trumpet Jesus speaks of in Matthew 24! They are one in the same! All of these correlate together Perfectly! Matthew 24, Mark 13, Luke 21, Acts 1:11, 1 Corinthians 15:51-52, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, 1 Thessalonians 5:1-10, 2 Peter 3, Revelation chapters 2 and 3, Revelation 7:9-17, Revelation chapters 19 and 20! Joel chapter 2 the Day of the Lord is hand in hand with all these verses! It is never said anywhere that Christ comes silently, secretly and no eye seeing Him! No again Revelation 1:7 says that every eye will see Him and those who are following the anti-christ and worshipping the devil will groan with pain when they see Him! The Lord Jesus Christ, that I believe in, can do two things at one time! He can unleash His wrath on the anti-christ the false prophet and the devil, while His Angels are gathering us all unto Him! The Hebrews in Egypt saw all those plagues, but they were protected from them! Jesus Christ does have better Pin-Point accuracy than any of the smart bombs that the world has! No one will be left behind! And our endurance, our perseverance Revelation 13:7-10, if your captured, then go into captivity, those who do pick up arms to fight back against the anti-christ, they will die! So this movie is just a movie! The song singing about one taken and the other left is not speaking about Christ taking one and leaving one! No it's talking about the anti-Christ coming and his soldiers taking one to be killed and leaving one! Darby, Moody Schofield and the two widowers who had the "dream" about the pre-tribulation rapture, were all just deceived! Sorry but that is the truth! Again there are Zero scripture that can back up the "pre-tribulation" rapture theory! Its Not there! So i hope you get Great Tribulation ready as the five wise virgins were! Better hurry too! Are you SDA? Christ will not come "silently," nor "secretly," in the imminent Rapture event. All born again followers of Christ, all who are saved will know it. God's word clearly says that no one knows the hour nor the day of Christ's return, not even Christ himself....but at Christ's second coming to the earth, the whole world will know it, before he comes. His angel will warn the entire Earth to repent, repeatedly, shortly before He comes back, and one last time,the second before.

The ones "Left" will be the saints who are left behind [alive] when those who don't belong to Christ are slain at the 2nd Advent. The ones "taken" are the wicked who are taken to their destruction/death by the Holy Angels at the 2nd Advent; see the parallel passage to Mt. 24 in Lk. 17. Then the Rapture of the saints happens. We must measure the pre trib "theory" against scripture, right? 1 Corinthians 15:51-52 and 1 Thess 4:16-17 are obviously the same event, and it takes place at the "last" trump (1 Cor 15:52). What happens at the last trump? Jesus returns. The 2nd coming and our gathering to Him ARE the same event; there's no pre trib rapture in scripture. How can we testify against the anti christ and be caught up at the same time? What good are the "elect" if we're not here to testify? It makes zero sense. The answers are in there, please seek and find them. I'm convinced, as I've studied the "pre trib rapture theory" for over 40 years (and I bought into it) that it's a satanic deception.... teaching that Christ shows up for His church before the anti christ gets here, when scripture teaches the complete opposite.... be careful please because scripture teaches that the anti christ shows up first, looking just like Christ, doing miracles to deceive the elect, and that he will deceive people with peace and prosperity; 2 Thess 2:3-4 and Daniel 8:24-25. Pre trib believers are vulnerable to this lie. He will not show up persecuting believers, that's happening now. And why wouldn't Jesus mention the pre trip rapture to His beloved apostles when they asked Him about the time of His coming and the end of the age in Matt 24, Luke 21, and Mark 13? In fact, He said the complete opposite! That we should prepare to testify! Pre trib preachas say this scripture doesn't pertain to the "church", that the "church" is not going to be here, but they can't prove it with scripture, and that's ridiculous when you think about it; that Christ's warnings don't pertain to us, the church?! Read also John 6:39,40,44... he will raise us up at the "last" day.... that word is "last".. .the last day... no pre trib. Matt 24:13 and Mark 13:13 "... those who "endure" until the "end" shall be saved. That word "endure" is Greek word # 5278 and the definition is; to tarry behind, to stay behind, to remain, not recede or flee.... check it out. So the pre trib doctrine teaches "don't be left behind", when Jesus teaches that only those who are left behind will be saved. This should concern all those believing pre trib theory. Don't worry, the Lord will give you the words (Mark 13:11), and yes we are spared His wrath of course! But not with a pre trib rapture. Prayerfully study and believe the Bible over your pre trib preacher. The Lord's in control, we're His kids, and we're going to kick dragon ass! The pre trib rapture doctrine uses "redefinition" of words, supposition, and conjecture; don't be deceived. Satan used scripture to tempt Jesus in the garden; we are called to be wiser than the serpent. Don't be afraid 2 Timothy 1:7-8. Oh, and if the church isn't mentioned after Rev 3, who are the believers mentioned in Rev 6? And where is the raptured church mentioned in Rev 20:4?

Scholars don't adhere to the heresy, only preachers on payroll. It's churchology, not eschatology. Preachers teach it because it's taught in many seminaries, but it's a satanic doctrine that falls apart quickly with sound study. It's a deception, you'll have to pray for clarity. Think about it, you already deny definitive and clear scripture that debunk it. I guarantee you, there's no pre trib rapture.

Although there are several characters in comic books inspired after certain people in the Bible, this movie scene is based on the comic book, Infinity Gauntlet. Eventually all the characters who disappeared came back at the end of the movie. The huge issue with these films is that they make bad characters such as Dr. Strange, or Scarlet Witch, “good” characters or portray them that way. Obviously the Bible condemns any use of sorcery, witch craft, magic, necromancy etc, Leviticus 19:31, Leviticus 20:6, 1 Chronicles 10:13, Micah 5:10-12, Galatians 5:19-21, Revelation 21:8, and yet these characters posses these particular “powers” God hates and somehow use them for good when God says they are evil. Satan obviously uses movies and tv shows to introduce people to darkness, but yet portrays these things as “light”, which is why we should be careful what we expose ourselves to, Luke 34-36. Honestly, we can use these type of films to our advantage to share the gospel with others.

Itsa movie of superpowered beings who need to defeat the one all powerful "godlike" being that wants to get rid of half of everyone. Not maliciously either, just to reset and make things better. And they are all based off of comics. But the comics are based off of what they already know about. They are doing what they have always done, going back all of time.
