i always thought it was about how people showing off or one uping other peoples traumas by telling them about yours which you think is worse than theirs as the balloons symbol the trauma and shes showing people but they aren't impressed and are annoyed with her and the line at the end saying "its all the same" meaning that trauma is still trauma no matter how bad. i think of dara as a negative because they describe her as a snake.
