Most of the characters on here you can get fairly easily. I would have picked Arale, The one piece Goku, the Saibamen, the 2018 sellable Bulma, 2018 new years Android 18, Arale hat Kid Goku.

You forgot about the SR INT ssj blue goku from the resurrection of F celebration. In my opinion, it is the rarest unit in the game. So rare most people doesn't know it exists. (sorry for the English if it isn't perfect)

a note; int gotenks and teq buu can activate their actives on turn 6 if you get them turn 1 and then float them off on turn 3

If they change 3rd year anniversary restrictions about activating their active skill like you can activate it after 5 turns, they can still be runnable on some hard contents up til now
