The Rave Experience REMASTERED 1

Finally dug up a doco I made for my Media Studies Uni assignment over 20 years ago called “The Rave Experience”. It was made with zero budget while organising raves in my early 20's in Melbourne. Lots of familiar faces here.. Too funny! Thanks Joe Fitzgerald and Brett Paulin for helping me to get it off vhs & onto the web

Whenever I go to bush events now, I try to explain to peeps how different things were back then, no social media, no digital, no psy trance, no photography and no camping because there was no time, most only went for one night. I didn’t go to my first multi day doof until 1997.

People used to go up to him during sets and ask who he was talking to on his phone and Hogie would reply "I'm talking to God. Asking what track to mix in next" 🤣🤣
