Awww, what a beautiful story. I LOVE IT❤ The Raven Creation Story is compelling and so very true. I love all of earth's creation & I have a particular love and fondness for ravens and crows. I can never understand how some people foolishly consider them birds of ANY kind of ill will. Totally preposterous and absurd to me. I love ravens and crows and respect them for the beautiful, very intelligent, whimsical, sweet, and adoring birds that they are and will ALWAYS be. ❤❤❤ Thank you for this lovely video. 👍👍

You're welcome it's kind of based on Romans 8:19 where it says, "For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God." So I just envisioned the ravens sharing their "longing."

Wonderfully put together. Love the ravens combined into the meaning of Easter. On a humorous note, I notice this morning while doing my daily greeting of my wild mated pair (of course, only one right now because 19 days into the nesting regimen).. anyway, my wild raven has been reading nursery stories, I assume, because today when offered his fresh hen egg, he carried it into the neighbor's pasture and hid it in the grass. I do believe he is planning an Easter egg hunt today!!! Have a wonderful Easter everyone.. I am enjoying my isolation in Northern CA with wild ravens and many wild birds at the feeder.. doves, sparrows, ring tailed pigeons, finches, jays, woodpeckers, etc..God has blessed us with such beauty in all his creatures and Spring shows us the renewing of life everywhere!

@@theravendiaries I wish I could find their nest. I have been looking for 5 seasons now, driven all around searching but have never found it. They will show up with their babies when they start flying and usually stay for the summer. I have missed sharing mine with you. Last year was wonderful but also strange. My favorite pair returned as the female is very friendly with me and talks a lot to me & sits close on a pole as I feed livestock. This last season May 2019, they had 5 babies, but after about 1 month, 4 disappeared all of a sudden in one day, then one remaining runt disappeared the next day. Mated pair stayed and were okay, never could figure out what happened so suddenly, but sad they left. I'd love to share my raven seasons with you, each is so amazing, and mine up here in the country act so differently than yours down by the coast. I think it is due to the lack of human contact vs public areas as mine are pretty shy. I have named my pairs like yours.. my north pair (older friendly pair), my south "gang" (lots of calls/talking, seldom intruding into this territory), and the east pair (who I believe might be offspring as somewhat familiar with me and feed when the older pair have finished). Wish they would allow photo to be attached so could share them with you.

I don't believe in, nor ever will, any of the christian faiths; but this is a wonderful and charming fable that even a non-believer like myself can enjoy since it's not preachy in the least bit. It's like a child's storybook told by a raven, which is wonderful.

Very nice angle you have there! And have a happy Easter! Right now it feels somehow as if the book of Revelations is starting to unravel. It's a bit eeri. Thankfully we have the animals to reassure us. They are magnificent and comforting, aren't they?

As a student of Biblical prophecy it's times like this that show us how easy it is and that people will choose to lose all sense of control because of fear or loss of finances, to the point they are even willing to give up their freedom. But today, I leave all that behind, and I choose to celebrate life! Happy Easter!

@@theravendiaries It certainly looks that way, doesn't it? If one hasn't got faith to begin with, one might be willing to throw self control and sensibility overboard and give in to fatalism. Meanwhile I look around during my solitary walks and see nature in such abundant bloom I can't remember seeing for at least thirty years and think to myself: well, maybe this isn't all that bad. The sight of a kingfisher this afternoon did the rest. Sometimes God is in the details (I know it's supposed to say 'the devil is in the details', but I prefer to see Him in things commonly overlooked). Thank you ever so kindly for that poetic version of Genesis, stay safe and sound and keep spreading the light.
