I doubt it, based on all other similar videos on the subject, people just want to know how to lose weight, they ask this in many subtle, very different ways... but I sure hope so, we'll see what it comes up.

Cooking does not increases energy gain to a greater extent than ALL non thermal processing. A professional high powerblender does the job too + you get more vitamins (not destroyed by cooking) + most enzymes stay intact = superior when it comes to overall health.

12:36 That's the controlled research she did. Accounting for sweet potato and lean beef not being typical food for mice, weight-loss was expected on all four diets, but they maintained their weight on both cooked food diets (day 3 and 4) while they significantly lost weight on non-thermally processed diet (day 2). That shows that the absorption of macronutrients is significantly higher from cooked food. Vitamins you have a point on, but the enzymes in uncooked food don't typically help us digest it - plant toxins denature when cooked and that's a good thing

@@summergirl4567 Yes, and that's all right. I just added information that wasn't researched here. Processed raw food in a powerblender also breaks up the cells and makes the nutrients available. Thanx for taking your time and have a great day 👍

Wonderful work, even if she didn't mention at all the importance of the fibers in the regolation assumption of the nutrients and "sugars" in the intestiny

You're a frigging museum and you do a cooking show? Why don't you showcase some of the great exhibits you have for those billions around the world who will never get to the American Museum.
