Ich interessiere mich sehr für die Idee, habe allerdings Fragen. 1. Wie sieht es mit der Isolation im Haus aus? Entstehen nicht Lücken durch die Bauweise? 2. Wie stabil ist so ein Haus? Es wäre wirklich interessant ein ausführliches Video dazu zu sehen. Wenn man hört, dass man ohne Betonplatte blaut und das System nur durch Stangen zusammengehalten wird kommen einem natürlich erstmal Fragen dazu auf. Ein Video dazu wäre wirklich unglaublich interessant. 3. Wie sieht es mit dem Preis aus? Ich habe bereits gelesen, dass die Häuser bei weitem billiger sind. Konkrete Zahlen wären aber sehr hilfreich? 4. Kann man mehrere Stockwerke bauen? Also 2 oder 3. 5. Wie kann man ein Haus erwerben oder einen Auftrag aufgeben? Am Ende kann ich nur sagen, dass die Idee genial ist. Ich wollte immer bauen, habe aber aus kostengründen und der Umwelt zur Liebe bis jetzt davon abgesehen. Wirklich ein super Konzept.

Wäre interessant zu sehen wie die Gas Wasser Strom Installationen, Böden, Decken,Türen, Fenster und Dach durchführt. Ebenso Putz und Tapeten.

One concern is pillars and soil condition. If you have a sagging issue in one corner, an entire building could have structural problem. Plumbing, sewer also unanswered.

Someone that thinks ahead, in detail... I like it!!! It would probably require conventional methods like "chasing" or cutting into the walls, which will required remedial work... which in turn will be unusable for relocation of most of the blocks...

Ich habe dazu einige Fragen: 1. Wie verhält es sich denn mit der Energieeffizienz? Bilden die „Spalten“ zwischen den einzelnen Steinen nicht Kältebrücken? 2. Das Material besteht ja aus einem Kunstharz. Kann das nicht irgendwelche Dämpfe zumindest zu Beginn abgeben? Wie gut ist das Material in Bezug auf gesundheitliche Aspekte untersucht? 3. Wo kann ich so ein Haus kaufen. Wir leben ganz in der Nähe 😀.

how much would one of this bricks cost? how much would the building steel basement cost? is it possible to edificate 2 storey or more buildings? is it strong enough to resist erosion and strong winds or will the house feel dizzy? how are you planing to bring this to a large scale?

You say it can be dismantled and re built but looking at the threaded rod how is the damp getting in to make them rusty and out of choice i would us stainless steel all thread not galv or zinc plate it wouldn't add a massive cost to an overall project. The concept is good but you still need to weather coat the out side, on my desk at work i have a right angle wall model and for years have been staring at it on how to make a block strong but cheap and weather proof and only using 3 sizes of block, im still looking....... 👍
