couple of things can be done to improve by increasing the size of interlocking bricks to blocks like 8x8x8inch for internal walls, 10x10x10inch for external walls, 12x12x12inch for boundry walls and reduce joints to save on mortar cost and replacer plaster since lime putty or lime whitewash as per budet. During making of interlocking block us of dry local crop residue along with having 4 inch cavity can increase thermal insulation of the house from walls. also proving exhaust/ventilation of the air between false ceiling and roof can help prevent thermal heating of rooms from roof. external uPVC piping is more cheaper/easy/faster to maintain than inwall piping for electrical, plumbing, etc.

Very good. Only you should do pipes, electric wires and other things beforehand. Plan them in while building up the walls, not need to break and cut and repair afterwards. Is more efficient in my humble opinion.

@@daulatatpadkar1433 use local material the most to reduce cost n cost wise the benchmark are Rs 300-500 per sqm. have conventional RCC colmns incase want to build 2-3 storey if not required than can use interlocking solid blocks for column making, can make at site n use 8x8x8inch interlocking hollow block for innerwalls, 10x10x10inch for outer walls, incase boundry is thr than use 1x1x1ft interlocking solid blocks. No plastering or paint required. The plumbing n electrical pipes can uPVC n external for cheaper n quick repair in future. Yearly thick lime whitewash for walls. For roofing RCC concrete but have a thick lime coating over it to act as insulation against sun heat.

apa jadi kalau bata interlocking ni terdedah lama dibawah matahari? saya bertanya sebab rumah PR1MA woodford beaufort menggunakan system interlocking brick system dan mempunyai 3 warna bata yg awesome, tapi sayangnya 3 tahun masih belum siap.
