I had a solid black female that I named Kiki. I named her Kiki partly because it just fit and partly because Christine Peterson (Mrs. Peterson to me, being that I was a young lad) lived directly across the street from me - and she would call to her cat, "Here, ki-ki!! Here, ki-ki!!" Her cat's name was Isabelle, or something... You just could NEVER hear any enunciation of T's in "here, kitty, kitty!!" 🙂 Good times!!!

And for sure Mother MiMi is better and healed too... she's a special Mother..💖

This brings back memories! My 8 week old kitten Zephyr had toy which was a base with a spring sticking up with a ball at the top. He played with that thing until he almost passed out! My other two older cats sat and watched him with a look like "what the hell did you bring home?" I had my first two for 19 and 21 years. Zephyr was 19 when he left me, I miss them all.
