This is the highest note that we have heard Dimash sing. Sometimes he shows he is human and misses a note (but is never off key, it just doesn't come out) or forgets lyrics and makes fun of himself. His range as of this year is: Growl: G0-G1 Fry: G#1-D2 Chest Voice: E2-C#5 Mixed: D5-C6 Head Voice: C#6-F#6 Whistle: E7-D8 🤯🤯

Dimash Kudabergen, living legend, genius singer, one in a million, no, one in a billion. With 23 years of classical training, he has become a unique vocalist. He has an amazing musical education, all the technical details he sings and uses, he knows how it works. He is musical perfection. There is no technical detail that he doesn't have, no one has ever had such talent and skills, he can be bass, baritone, tenor, counter tenor, alto, mezzo soprano, soprano and so on, he sings in 15 languages, he has the biggest range . He sings many genres, opera, pop, rap and so on. In addition to the talent that God gave, the work that he did is amazing. From the age of 5, he dedicated his life to music, did everything to develop it (swimming in the pool, breathing control, range, healthy lifestyle)He is an amazingly humble, warm simple man, apart from his musical excellence, as a person he is an amazing person. His songs are exceptionally complex both technically and emotionally, he is able to properly develop emotion in music both vocally and artistry.Dimash has fans (called dears) from 150 countries around the world. I'd say her fans are special because we don't love Dina because she has good looks (well, she's very attractive and cute) or because her performances are fun (unlike other pretend singers who are more performers than singers and vocalists). We love him because of the talent he has, because of the work he has done almost all his life. He deserves everything. There is no other singer who can be compared to him, he is at the apogee of development.He plays 7 instruments, loves the culture of his country and wants to introduce it to the world. As I already wrote, he is very educated, he is still studying. he has 2 degrees in classical and contemporary, and on the way to a doctorate in musicology.Dimash has an incredible range that no one has ever had, full range 7.7 octaves, from G0 to D8. ( D8 whistle note , off the piano) Has very good details, staccato, distinctive vibrato, rifs, melizens, vocal acrobatic, glissando, crescendo, dominoendo, long notes, breath control, correct tesitura, Able to develop emotion properly, fit roles well . Uses professional technique, Italian Bell Canto technique. In his song it feels like he is a professional even without high notes.Unfortunately, as always, geniuses are appreciated late, this guy deserves much, much more recognition, I hope the time will come and he will be properly appreciated. I also want to mention that Dimash is like a drug. I have been listening to him for the third year, I can't imagine a day without listening to him, he is the best, not because he sings high notes and has a great range, but because he enters the soul with his song and you feel something you have never felt before. .But if we consider it from a technical point of view, in this case too Dimash is the best. As vocal teachers and professionals say, her singing is technical perfection. I could probably write a lot more, but I'll stop now, I want more people to know about him, believe me, you won't regret it. I hope I conveyed what I wanted to say correctly.

Lara Fabian has been a great influence on Dimash. In the singer 2017 contest he sang Adagio, a song that Lara had performed. You can see why Dimash holds her in such high regard. Now for a real treat you can check out Dimash singing with Lara and Aida Garafullina in Ti Amo Cosi. You will hear Dimash in his beautiful low register. Enjoy!

Check out Drunken Concubine + Diva dance with Li Yugang (Chinese opera singer). He does a whistle note, not as high but close, and incorporates it into the song really well I think. It's obviously not a usable pitch for the most part...but it's always a kind of delight when he does it. Enjoyed your reactions. Sorry it made her cough. It's OK. Dimash can affect you in all kinds of ways if you aren't prepared. Of course, who can be with him. I love his unpredictability as well as his versatility. He brings such a rich tapestry to the table. Technique means little without that special soul to deliver it.

Even a singer like Dimash will have times where the body does not respond to what he wants to do. Humidity, dryness, hydration, there are so many environmental factors that can throw things off. I have heard a favorite singer of mine mention that playing outside on humid days can cause tuning issues for acoustic instruments. Whistle notes are also a weird coordination of the vocal folds, I have done the training to sing whistle notes, and it feels less like singing and more like jumping to try to get a hold of something and you can just barely touch it with the tips of your fingers. It also feels strange when you get into that register. It's a really cool feeling, but also very a different different feeling. I have not tried Whistle Notes for years, but if I remember, it feels like a buzzing on the top of your head towards the back.

Thank you so much again for the Lyrics. I find it very interesting reading lyrics that have been translated into English. Some of the phrases lose a lot in translation. As someone who writes lyrics myself, it's so cool to see this, because it makes you imagine how it might be expressed in the original language. You learn different ways to say the same thing, and that is what makes a song special, saying what you feel in your own unique way.

@@CaptainFaceBeard I can only agree with you, Captain FaceBeard-Dear. It's not my translation, but I also find it interesting how other cultures express themselves and you as a poet can definitely learn and benefit a lot. Please, read us a poem of yours. Greetings from Berlin😀

There are 2 lines missing in this translation: "I do not want to part from you, my soul! How can I gift you to another?". Dimash sings these lines, when he goes high as if he cries near the end of the song. Then the mood and the story of the song change - they had broken up.

Hehe this one was the famous *D 8* , higher than piano range :)) Dimash said that it was an improvisation, his voice closed up for a split second during the previous soprano section, and this is how he "fixed it" 😁 He hit a *C 8* , and went up to *D 8* , and sustained the *D 8* for 5 seconds :)) I guess he decided to leave sopranos and pianos behind and talk to dolphins 😄 or aliens 🤣 Someone joked and said that "right before, when he waves the mic and we can`t hear anything, he actually hit an even higher note, and then remembered that us mortals can`t hear it, and decided to go 'lower' to the D 8, for the sake of the audience" 🤣 150.000 people in that open air concert got to witness this live - a record in terms of Thank you guys for coming back to this song and doing this version too :) These 2 versions were the spectacular ones ; the most passionate, emotional one (no whistle note, but he leaves his whole heart and soul on the stage by the end of the song), and with *subtitles* available, is this one : "Unforgettable Day" (2021 Digital concert) - kzbin.info/www/bejne/jWanY2Opg9uhfrs (he`s 4 years older, and there`s even more nuances added, vocally, but also humanly, even more maturity ; it`s gorgeous) P.S. speaking of the microphone, there`s a Dear (Dimash fan) with great sense of humor, that has a channel called DEARdicated Jokester, and she makes compilations with funny titles, joking about the Dears and their adoration for Dimash - one compilation is called "Dimash and the mic stand (fanvid)" - a compilation of moments of Dimash and the mic and mic stand, in slow-motion - making it look "sensual" and tender, and she captioned the medley : 'When you want to be reborn as a mic stand' 😄 - kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZqSrZIaHYr6BnZo

Hahaha, that comment is amazing. Going to put that version on the list and check it out this Sunday (July 31st) reaction Stream. If you want to drop by, we are starting at 6PM EST US time. I might take the original video and do some spectrum analysis on that silent part. I can hear a tiny bit of that note, it could actually be a note too high for us to hear, but I doubt it. Human hearing range is 20hz to 20 KHz, D8 is at 4613.21 hz. Adults hearing range for high notes can drop as low as 15Khz as we age, so he would still be at least 10 Khz from that. As for clips, we were talking yesterday and I might put a compilation together of the things I have said about the Mic, haha. Thanks again, you are AMAZING!
@lovesyoutube8591
@lovesyoutube8591 2 жыл бұрын
@@CaptainFaceBeard haha it`s not a note too high to hear (although, who knows, Dimash might be the guy to achieve that someday lol), Dimash said in an interview what happened - his voice closed up for a moment when he was doing the soprano runs, which is why the 2nd time he waves the mic he is frustrated, and no sound is coming out :) He then decided on the spot to 'fix' it, and bounced back with the impromptu D 8 😁😄 YOU guys are amazing :) I`ve set the reminder for the livestream on Sunday 👍

No, you're all good and not losing your hearing. This is the one time Dimash publicly messed up. He was supposed to hit the G7 but for some reason he missed, (perhaps because he was singing outdoors) readjusted and hit the D8 instead. It's shocking but not exactly pleasant on the ears. My favourite version of this song is definitely the one from the digital show.

I am thinking it might have been a combo of the out door event and there seemed to be issues with his In Ear Monitors, around the time of that note he had taken one out and put it back in. You see singers do this sometimes, the monitors can sit in your ear weird, especially when you move around on stage a lot. Probably slightly moved and threw the sound off. I will have to take a look at the video again and see when he took it out, and put it back in, and if it was just one or both. Also, he may have taken one out when he was over with the fans to hear something someone said. You can't hear people around you talk with those in.
@debbiemorgan859
@debbiemorgan859 2 жыл бұрын
@@CaptainFaceBeard Dimash usually removes one ear monitor when he's about to go for either an extremely high or a belted note. If you watch episodes from the Singer (especially Adagio) you will see him do this fairly often. As one reactor put it, when Dimash takes out the ear monitor you know shit's about to happen! 🤣

@@CaptainFaceBeard What you mention makes a lot of sense, do not analyze it from that point of view. According to several Dimash analysts, when it fails (or the previous tone is not audible) Dimash launches that D8 as if to compensate for the error or not hearing the tone (for whatever technical or physical reason). But whatever the reason was that he did is absolutely incredible. Sorry for my English, I use the Google translator.

Whistle register is really cool. Mariah uses it a lot. Our hearing goes from 20hz to 20Khz, but as we get older it reduces on the high end, and I believe we gain a bit of low end hearing. I suspect it was how he moved the mic away, I had been taking a singing course and learned that every 3 inches of distance from the source the volume decreases by half. Though I may be mistaken, it's been a bit since I saw the performance. Even so that moment is so incredible it's pretty clear in my mind. Goes to show what kind of an impact it had. Love Jason's music. His songs are beautiful and brilliantly written. I guess he is all about the word play.

@@aixmhros No problem, it's fun talking to you. Us metal heads gotta stick together. We actually listen to a lot of metal bands on the channel. Even support some independent bands as well, and promote their music to help them find more fans. There are probably some bands you would recognize in the playlists in the description. Keep being awesome!!

Since you now have seen the old version and a version from 2017, I suggest that you take a look on the version from his Digital show as well. I think that one is the best 🫶
