Cool artwork. I never heard of Godzilla comic before. Funny you share this. I was just watching Godzilla, final wars, yesterday. Never saw that one before.

Dan here: Final Wars was awesome! I love how many monsters were in it, and I love that he murdered the original American Godzilla so quickly! But yeah, check this book out. We've known James Stokoe for 20 years, and we were basically just WAITING for him to be able to do either a Godzilla or an Aliens comic, and he's done BOTH now!!!

Yep, this is hands down the best Godzilla comic there is. I like how Stokoe chose to tell this from the point of wiew of one of those regular tank crew guys who never accomplish anything in Godzilla movies.

There's something I wanted to add, but was ultimately left out: When I saw Godzilla: King of the Monsters for the first time, I wished we could have gotten an adaptation of this starting Ken Watanabe as Ota. But that's just not the universe we live in.

@@VoidCityReviews Well, now there's two types of Godzilla: Legendary makes big CGI brawls, which are fine, I guess, but of very little substance. However, recent Toho movies are what I consider "real Godzilla" and both Shin & Minus One have been excellent. Minus One might be the best beside original 1954.
