BoredOfYou this show was one of the first time Scar and Toph have played on netplay, definitely feels very different than lan. both mango and wolf play netplay on stream all the time and are used to it. not making up excuses but they have different experiences with it.

if I could give you guys some constructive criticism as a fan of excellent adventures: Spenser should be comfortable being a character on the show. While Steve is someone talked about on EA, you guys are using Spenser's account for netplay, and you guys talk to him much more than GooRoss do, and require info from him a lot more, since he's running the netplay. Who is the target audience? I'm more of a Street Fighter fan, but a lot of the discussion during games is "inside baseball". I don't know what a YRC or an uptilt is. If the target audience is Smash fans, great, but if you want to encourage casuals, it might be nice to have some descriptions. it could even be a side video to the series: Scar and Toph Teach Smash! Lastly, and I think this is gonna be hard but: You guys gotta let shit go and know that sometimes shitty netplay is going to let a shitty player beat you guys. While Mike Ross does spend a lot of time in the salt mines, I feel like he makes it fun and plays it up for effect. I mean, it's a running gag that the couch is cursed. I feel like the salt is too real on the show. It's tough to enjoy the show when it feels like you guys are defending your play and making excuses because of a loss. I don't even remember enough of the previous match (and don't understand enough about the game to know if the complaints are valid) when you guys are talking about it during the next one.
