I'm pretty sure this video was describing how culture and race don't have to go together but the US thinks they do because of sectionalism and racism. You can be any color and do whatever the fuck you want. Whatever lifestyle you were raised in, and around, is your culture. Anything adopted after that would be an interest. Like Vladtv. He's interested in the culture yes. BUT if he was to have grown up in a diverse hood then he would be part of the culture. Black, White, Asian, or Mix. It doesn't matter. As long as that's what you LOVE and harbor in your heart. Obviously most people just harbor HATE. Rapping is the art and music. Hip Hop is the lifestyle. Favorite Cheese Steak Place. I drive 3 hours to get one sometimes. I got put up on Maxs a while ago by a cat from Philly. I mentioned I wanted a Steak and Cheese and he said “ What the F$&k is a Steak and Cheese!!!”. He proceeded to say go to Philly on Broad and Erie. One of the best choices I ever made.
