That’s pretty wild in many unexpected costs, even if it’s for a multibillion dollar business that uses it as speedy transportation and a tax write off. Still plan to get one for my company in the future but still a headache for my team if problems occur to the aircraft, but def would need my accounting team to make sure to keep funds aside for all those various expenses!!

Not really; he cited many things that the owner doesn't pay for such as extra costs in plane refurbishments payed for by insurance or pilot/crew certification and training etc...

Always know about local conditions. Times and strength of tides prevailing weather conditions tidal surges the gradient and composition of the beach. The local term is the sand is singing. The moment you hear it run for for your life. Off Northumberland Holy Island is one of many places this happens. Blyth beach. The Humber estuary. Lincolnshire. The Wash. Norfolk. Suffolk. Thames Estuary. Camber Sands Severn Estuary even around Blackpool many hundreds of people perished over the years.
