I use the P3, but they both sound great on your kit. Most importantly, you're a very skilled drummer. I think all the REMO bass drum heads would sound good on your kit once you muffle it the way you prefer.

@@cutitshaveit Thanks a lot for the compliments! I’m using the Coated Ambassador on the snare top and the classic Snare Side (or hazy) as bottom head. 20-strands snare wires. I actually made a video introducing this wonderful snare, check it out! 🙂

Im starting to not like the SuperKick / EMAD, PowerSonic, PowerStroke Pro, and now SMT style heads. For me they sound a little too "soft". I dont get enough attack from them. I will be returning to the P3/P4 heads.

@@ArchibaldLigonniere i haven't tried the SMT but when I use the emad, i prefer the smaller ring. But I need to try the SMT to compare them. I haven't see any videos comparing both yet.
