What is the difference between Aoki's shave ice and Matsumoto's?

Aloha, well they both have been serving shave ice in Hale'iwa for a long time. The last several times I had Matsumoto's they did not put enough syrup, line was too long and I prefer the smaller mochi balls over the big ones that Matsumoto's serves.
