My family lives in Mililani and I live in Severna Park, Maryland when I visit we went to Rise & Shine it was very good fresh food and nice clean place you should try an Italian restaurant in Mililani called Assaggio that is my favorite Italian restaurant very authentic and delicious.. @@perdomot Almost everything is shipped to Hawai'i. A dollar on the mainland is six dollars in Hawai'i. Cooking gas or electricity in Hawai'i is also multiplied. It costs more to just cook the food. Awful isn't it. The reality of it. Some of the prices are too high though, I agree; if it's bordering on thirty bucks, *it's* *high* . (A nice Kona coffee with a refill should come with it, on the house!)

Just the *Logistics* alone involved just getting the *containers* delivered empty to shippers, loading the containers, having to *semi* *truck* the containers *to* Port, the Ports having to *receive* and *handle* the containers (involving as part of operations *15* story *80* *ton* cranes), is applying to Hawai'i consumer cost *even* *before* it goes to Sea on the Container Ship! THEN the cost of the Container Ship in operation going *across* nearly the HALF of the entire Pacific Ocean!! ONE trip, no stops!!! It's *PLANETARY* movement ! OH MY GOD
