Must be nice for her. When I came out as both lesbian and trans, my folks completely disowned me as did who I thought were my close friends. It happens. I'm not the only one. Aww I really wish their story could've continued to be told in Season 2. But then The Real L Word is about to wrap and shooting location is in New York now. Can there perhaps be more of Nikki & Jill's story? Thank you for having all these stories told and fold on the show throughout the years. It's ever so hard to say goodbye to it. I hope LGBT visibility is to be continued worldwide. : )

I wish my mom was that excepting when I first came out when I was 15. But I had to come out in a mental hospital for trying to commit suicide. But my mom is very excepting now. She talks to me about my relationship. She is wonderful now.
