know this is 8 months late but the WaW richtofen touches the pryamid on Moon. This causes him to lose some sanity and go through with horrible things. Origins richtofen is from a different timeline and dimension so he did not touch the pryamid thus meaning he does not lose his mind like the WaW richtofen. You could argue that Maxis drone in Origins is a feature that makes him a psychopath yet he does this to keep maxis' brain and mind.

There was somebody named, Manfred Von Richthofen, and he was in the Nazi military, he shot down 80 enemy planes. He was killed in 1918 (the origins time place). He was killed by a captain by blinding the pilot with the Sun, causing him to crash. In Origins, you might see a red plane flying with weird symbols on it, that's the Red Baron Plane. So I'm thinking that Treyarch changed "Manfred" into "Edward" and took the "h" out of "Richthofen"!!! Like if you agree!!!

Maxis blew up the earth, Richtofen got in control and the original 4 (Takeo, Dempsey, Nikolai and Samantha) are stuck on the moon with Sam in Richtofens body. We don't know if they're still alive or anything. Hope this helped.
