Such a coincidence I came across this video... I decided to unfollow LEM last week as I could see after watching her vlogs for over a year that she is not a good person deep down: something about her screams no compassion, no generosity, vain, self-absorbed and clearly manipulative with good people surrounding her... Also she has a clear disdain for her followers as she keeps on asking comments about her vlogs but then keeps on criticising feedback from her followers. Definitely night and day with Victoria who I love to follow: she seems a truly generous human and is much better on fashion compared to LEM...

I am stunned that the whole "incident" is about hair!!!!! Seriously??? I saw a video in which Millen was talking about something that could have derailed her career and being gaslighted. From the way she described the goings-on, I thought that she had been abused or her confidentiality betrayed by a therapist/doctor. If this whole thing stems from a hairstyle or appointment that went awry but was fixable, then I am disappointed. I am very sorry that you, Nicky, felt ganged up on and bullied. I believe that a good bit of LEM's alleged behavior has much more to do with things that are in the background. I am new to you both. However, I really do not want to think that an adult would lose control to such an extent that an assistant would need to be called for backup over the color, cut or style of hair. To be clear, I can understand being peeved, if my hair was totally jacked up beyond repair but even then I would need to work with the stylist to find a solution that makes sense. This definitely confirms what I have seen about her just from her videos. She comes across as entitled, narcissistic, and very much like an elitist. These types of traits cause people to behave inappropriately, rude and even abusive to others. She does also seem to have some serious mental issues as she exhibits anxiety, depression, narcissistsim, and a lack of accountability. If she is suffering from some kind of mental health issues than she needs to get a handle on that, get help and not allow her issues to cause her to act out against people on social media or let these issues come through on her videos or other social media. I'm so sorry this happened to you. It is absolutely unacceptable to slander someone's business just because she didn't like the color. That is very fixable. You can't destroy someone's business over something like this. Not sure of UK laws but in the US it's called defamation and you can sue someone for it. I'm not sure what exactly is wrong with Lydia but something is. I find it ironic that she has asked recently in a few videos for people to be kind in the comments and that her team now reads her comments. She basically has disassociated herself from all the justified negativity which shows a serious lack of accountability. This video is eye opening. I hate being disappointed in people but I definitely feel that way now. Especially since Lydia always talks about women empowering each other and then does this to a heavily pregnant one? I didn't pay much attention to the topic before I saw this video because I had no idea what she was talking about when she went on and on about her hair having been damaged and how long it took to fix it. But she was definitely most worried about the damage done to her hair and not to the lady whom she tried to cancel. I thought it was just me. I'm glad to see that other people have noticed that when Lydia is in Ali videos she seems like a completely different person. She asks for advice or opinions in the comments, then when someone tries give her constructive advice she gets all passive aggressive and even told people that did not even insult her that “there’s the door” or deleted comments. People don’t get at her for no reason, there are whole forums about her from people that saw that different Lydia, when she couldn’t or didn’t want to fake the “kind” Lydia anymore like In Ali’s videos. There are also people who had direct interactions with her who also saw how different she is in real life.

I am so sick and tired of certain people who think they can bully someone because they are rich or think they are something. Randomly stumbled upon this video while watching Lydia's videos (who I'm subscribed to) and wow, this is very surprising. I enjoy her content but I now look at her in a whole new light now after seeing this video about her appalling behavior. This needs more views. Lydia seemed like such a nice lady to me. Privileged, but very cognizant of her privilege and was aware (or so I thought) that her wealth and popularity doesn't mean she's better than the next person just because said person has less than her. I've just watched back to when Lydia & Carrie had their 1st hair appointments with you, they were both so happy with the end results. Their hair looked amazing,! theres two sides to the story. while nicky shared her story in more detail, we dont know what was lydias story, as she was pretty vague about it. we dont know if something happened in those inbetween times, that nicky isnt telling and if lydia isnt haring more. not defending anyones actions but just a reminder as you seem so sure and straight up to judge her if she was your own daughter. if she was you could probably be furious etc. but theres always two sides to the story, and the truth. unless nicky releases cctv footage we wont know what happened. probably then wouldnt know what happened between lydia being happy with her hair and then allegedly storming in and being unreasonable.

Again: Lydia is and has always been an insecure narcissistic. Now she's into "Status" stuff (Hermes, for example) and she is uncomfortable with herself. She's promoting how "honest and transparent) she is just in the last few weeks, example her breast surgery. However she is having her dressing room repainted, her husband's office repainted, the crown molding in the living room repainted and whatever else. I find when she laughs, often she is more nervous than anything. Now everything has to be green. And I keep thinking, Lord, how soon will she change her mind on that. Are pale green nails attractive? And the other thing is she always days "WE" want this change, we want a black living room etc. Ali seems so down to earth. I can't believe he lies awake at night worried about paint chips! I'd heard she had bullied a hairdresser, but didn't know many details. This young mother seems very heartfelt and absolutely should speak out. It's sad how Lydia projected her own unhappiness on this person. Rather than buying McQueen belts, Hermes etc. Lydia should invest in a good psychotherapist. Life is to short.

If somebody does your hair in a way that you don't like then why would you go back? (not for one minute am I suggesting her hair was ruined, it looked gorgeous). Regardless of the "mean girl" we are all now hearing about...Lydia's hair always looks gorgeous. As with most people, this has happened to me quite a few times. l went somewhere new to get a fix. If I wasn't happy the first time, then why would I go back? Hair grows. I am not confrontational at all which is why I just chalked it down to experience. Also, sometimes it is just different from how you thought in your head your hair would turn out. at least in my country if you get your hair done in place x and you are not happy and can point out the reason (not just vaguely say i dont like it), for example uneven coloring or something, you go back to the place x and they fix it free of charge. idk how things are done in the uk but at least for me when i went to get highlights and they were done badly i went back and they fixed it for me.
