The City of Miami faces an old enemy on its streets. A quarter of the cocaine coming into America arrives through Southern Florida, and the use of crack cocaine is on the rise. In response, Miami has formed a specialist police unit called the Tactical Narcotics Team (TNT). Over the next few months, these officers will be hunting down the drug dealers in some of America's most dangerous neighbourhoods.

I worked in a mid sized east coast city for 30 yrs. My one actual gunfight was in ‘74 w/three suspects who held up a liquor store. I emptied my issued snub nosed revolver (Colt DS) twice before it was over w/one suspect down (died in the hospital the next day), one who surrendered on the scene, and the third arrested the following day seeking treatment for GS wounds at another hospital. For anyone who doubts this check out a 2016 edition of American Handgunner, “Out of Ammo” by Mas Ayoob.

It depends, but I think yes. If you break a law that later becomes no longer a law and legal, you still broke the law in the past. Should've all the bootleggers who sold alcohol during prohibition been given clean records? Maybe.

23:40. Cop hid that hoping to come back and get it later but the dog ruined it for him and he had to pretend like he didn’t know it was there.. but he knew there was about 10 rocks from the start 😂
