Carpenter got the idea from when he went to some place in USC and saw a kid who gave him this evil type of look. The idea came from Irwin Yablans and the story was written by Carpenter and Debra Hill, so the chances that this story inspired Michael are low.

@unknown entity my great uncle was running in circles back and forth crying and screaming because his dad got stabbed and he was next. He went to the police station and reported a man named Stan trying to kill him but the police didn't believe him and then he went missing. Nobody found my great uncles body until 10 years later in 1949, when a nazi group was raiding the town and they found a half mutilated body that was being preserved in a freezer. They ended up walking away and then when they left someone reported the body to the police.

@unknown entity at one point in history, kinda. Michael myers is much less insane than stanley was but yeah basically. My great uncle like I said was a possible victim to his spree. The fbi keep all records of the guy locked away and they try to forget about it. But yeah, stanley styers was born in 1898 and killed his foster parents and his foster sister in the year 1907. He was actively killing people for 70 years until he was caught finally by the military in 1968. The story the guy in this video is telling is the story the federal government made to hide the truth from us. There is a possibility that stanley killed an entire security team in a psyche ward and then was shot in the head several times. Honestly even if he is alive though he was locked up in maximum security prison in a bullet proof cage so he is an old man with weaker bones so he can't do the stuff he used to do. BTW you don't have to be sorry for my loss because I wasn't born when my great uncle died. I was born in 2005, he died in 1943.
