I was 7 years old when on TV there was an pepsi commercial that announced that anyone who could collect 35 + pepsi bottle caps could exchange it for this cassette called Pepsi Beat 1992, they had collections of songs from various artist. And when I got my hand on one, i thought I would listen to this cassette everyday for the rest of my life. This song by Milli Vanilla was my favorite among all. This Pepsi Beat album had a huge cultural impact on me. I would act cool and hip by singing all of these songs despite me not knowing a single word in English then. It's 2022 and I'm 39 years old and it gives me so much pleasure to know the meaning and still able to sing along with these songs. I just loved these songs. Could anyone believe if I said I still have this cassette inspite of me shifting 5 cities and 20+ houses. I still have this cassette safe but now can't find a cassette player.

Yeah, it's because the guy next to the woman is just some kind of hired "model" again. He doesn't really sing. And the woman herself is also not singing. It was the same twins singing the female vocals who already sang on the first Milli Vanilli album. But they were not Black and so Farian casted this Black woman to "fit in" with the other guys. Why he also added the random third guy nobody knows. It's truly random to add this two marionettes and calling this The *Real* Milli Vanilli. I just had an unusual experience. I listed to part of the ad that preceded this video. Then when "Keep on Running" started l found, to my surprise, that it had the same beat as the ad!! Milli Vanilli are Rob & Fab and The Real Milli Vanilli is the band from this video. It's the same voice for both projects but they are two different things. Milli Vanilli is the image that everyone have in mind and bring them back good memories. The Real Milli Vanilli was a band of good musicians that "sounded like Milli Vanilli" and "tried to act like Milli Vanilli", but never had the same impact and success of Milli Vanilli.
