The real process of making a watch

Our company's production situation, we still have strict control over the quality of watches. The appearance is all inspected. 5 colleagues in the IQC department are responsible for the inspection of accessories, random inspection of the structure, and full inspection of the appearance process; 4 colleagues in the assembly department are responsible for assembling the meter head; the assembled meter head is sent to the inspection department for further inspection Functionality: We have 15 personnel in charge of production, and all production and assembly links are strictly controlled by ourselves. (Many small and micro brands are assembled outside)

Ive had rolex, omega, tudor, Hamilton, Tissot, I would just Test, flip then I sold them all for just being overpriced pieces of stainless steel. Just got my first San Martin and it's def a keeper. You add the right twist and quality on the dial, lume and brushing, with affordable pricing. The dimensions you add to the watches keep them comfortable and fun to wear. keep up the good work.

The QC could be better,I have bought two watches with misaligned bezel,this shouldnt happen,that said I have bought in total 3 watches from SM and aside the misalignement they are very good watches,after sales support can be better because if something is wrong with the watch you get a hard time. I will continue to buy SM watches because they give you good value for the money. I dont get why people want a 36mm watch? I mean is too damn small,37mm,38mm I get it but 36mm?Thats for ladies!

Whats your wristsize? 36mm is just the classic explorer size, and guys with smaller writsts call for it, thats all. I think there are plenty of medium to big size watch options out there

@@CaptainKirk0017 what is yours? Like 5 inches? Even people with 6.5 inch wrist can pull off 40+mm watches. Just try it, it looks fine. I hear the same few complaints all the time, if only it were 38mm or now 36mm. And the new go to, if only it had female end links. 😒. If they do make a 36mm they better sell a million watches, day one, because you Itty bitty little girl wrist committee complain enough to make it seem that millions of people suffer for tiny wrists.
