It's tradition when I come back to the UK to go for a walk around Ravensthorpe Reservoir in Northamptonshire which is where we used to walk our dogs when I was a kid. This time we're here in summer, so plenty of things to see, including swans, fish, and hundreds of little blue dragonflies. Let me show you around. Another strange fact about the reservoir is that Ravensthorpe makes an appearance in Assassin's Creed Valhalla. In the game they say it's 'south of Leicester' which is accurate, although there is also a Ravensthorpe in West Yorkshire. Interesting to know.
🤭 Oops, I keep calling them dragonflies. Apparently they're damselflies.
🥾 Update 25 July 2024: My family just went for a walk around the reservoir today and said they've put in drainage and a new path surface where it used to be really muddy, and now you can walk there no problem.

🙏 Hi guys. Please don't contact me directly with travel questions and the like. I don't have a lot of free time and don't want to offend by not responding. It's best to leave a comment on the video. I do read most of them and your question will hopefully help others. 🙏
