I don't think Cardano is going to do what Solana did. Solana was largely driven by VC investment. From my perspective, the project had the right appeal to the users (great customer experience) PLUS the funding to pay builders and developers to fuel the growth of the project. I think base has a better shot than cardano, and sui might be right up there with it..... But it depends on the developers and the investors.
