Another thing is that, some players who quitted 1-2 years ago and wanted to come back. Those who maxed out all of their heroes to Ultimate (which was the highest tier back then, with no gears or drones), are met with all these new features and heroes level that just make it impossible for them to progress any further, except for paying, which the devs put a very heavy price tag on, so it punishes the Old timers and the Veterans as well. Unless ofcourse you make a new account, which suffers from all the problems mentioned in the video.

Yeah, the 10k was a shocking bottleneck when I wanted to break, they just smashed me (I also played on Europe 😵‍💫). It cost me about 3 or 4 months to grow up heroes and learn how to change servers, when and where the monster syndicates play

Matchmaking and shop work in a way that basically makes the game pay to win, or at least let you win with so much less skill. Spend money→ get your heroes to like 2200 while you are at like 4000 trophies→ start a game→ find people with heroes with like 1400 max→ win because of the power gap between your hero and the other players

For me the most annoying thing last year was the extreme buff of new characters the season they come out. I remember everyone planying Linx, Tess, Shenji or Leviathan, that makes the game so boring. There also reasons like: - Report system: Currently there only Send Logs button to report bugs in-game, but i don't think it will be fixed. We need a report system like a Point System, Social Credit that: + Who vote the right person that are banned, terminated afterward, will got more points + Who vote the wrong person, false report, will got the point decreased + The one got reported will be checked to solve after a certain number of reports, going with video or images to solve. This is easy enough to do but they don't do that, they scared of using more servers - Overpowered bots: Bots now are at peak of 1v1 fighting no ability. Bots must able to use ability, and they need to act more humanly. Idk how they train AI but these bots now are very annoy and force players to leave because of shame. This is a problem because: you don't die by a bot, you die by a lots of bots coming all at once at all direction (The recent Playground map for example) Zeptolab don't care community, community don't care Zeptolab. Haha you little company only have Cut the Rope to live on and can't escape its shadow

to keep it simple - players reach 10k trophies, obtain all the hero’s (except Ramsey usually) it gets incredibly difficult and boring, i went from ultimate level players (my level) to immortal and divine level with full personal gear immediately after hitting 10k. and because Ramsey the most overpowered character in the game rn is locked through a paywall i have nothing to grind for, nothing new too do. too summarize im EXTREMELY underpowered/underleveled in lobbies with players who are max with incredibly powerful gear, and nothing more too do. they simply need to make more content and fuck off with the paywall.

The reality is just one, it is a mobile game focused on extorting as much from its users as possible to the point of falling, all mobile games are pay to win. Matches with 5 teams on a small map, where no matter how good you are, you will lose, you kill an entire team, then another appears and eliminates you... this is frustrating and meaningless, matches where whoever paid or play for longer, it has huge advantages. Completely unbalanced heroes, new players with 1000 games only have 300 wins, bots know where you are, Slayer and Blot bots with 100% accuracy...

Honestly, Zeptolab, stop Capitalism on such a game that aren't fully grown - Matchmaking: Every competitive game does met this problem, it just significant or not to talk about - Trophies removal: Yea, but the new Divine system if done correctly like all heroes are Divine, that player's skill will be judged more correctly. For now, the Divine isn't that bad, but make trophies collection work again. Trophies will show how long, how old a player are, and Divine mark show how much skill they are - Profile level: it's the thing that appear from nowhere saying "59" example and give u coins and bucks. Max of it is 60, and idk why it exist but nowhere to shown. This must be removed, save some kB of data in servers, it's pointless to keep deprecated stuff. - Lack of priority management: like how Drones are for everyone and not just only from Syndicate. Syndicate are now pretty useless, team play at most like ask for SvS, Sabotage rush. Lack of features needed from the beginning like Battle logs.... Stuffs that must appear first, aren't available

From my point of view. The game is just p2w ,everything is hidden behind a paywall and a small purchase is worth hours or even days of f2p . Eventually you hit a wall that thick there no fun left for you so theres no point in playing, usual that wall is when you hit higer leagues that give overleveled bots and some players and higer trophies , and isnt the players fault for wating to progress, the contracts again p2w with the 3x points ,theres no breathing room for f2p.And this is not a hate comment more like a disappointed one, realy fun game ,a hidden gem only to be again destroyed by hungry devs. And this comes from a player that played the game for about 4 years ,Never hit the 10k trophies as it got ridiculous hard (power differences) but my best account was 8k with mirrage. I ocasionlay make an account every few months and see what luck can get me, still enjoying the game somewhat but the power creep is too real and the f2p rewards too small for the time put. But thats me again ,other see other perspective of why the game fails to be popular.

The devs have a way of wasting players time and effort. Get good with a hero... they nerf, earn loads of trophies... they pause at 10k, buy new hero... They nerf next update, grind syndicate for drone mods.. They Introduce new drones, map study... They remove map, ultimate hero... Devine opponents, major update... Walls still sticky, dies before an enemy I knocked out who later dies... No kill awarded, stick my name ck out reviving ally, grind hours... 100 nuts, get enough nuts... No gear parts, need x personal gear parts... Find y personal gear parts. No one wins this game by being just good or even great, you have to spend tons. Why should I have a season pass that doesn't help with contract hacks or similar stuff? The reward system is broken asf, I have millions of gold coins which are useless atp and just a few hundred bucks, wtf is that? Crypto is steady but slow af and why tf do I have thousands of copies of that useless gear I never use?? In the shop when there's a roulette and you can get hero cards, why do I still get my Devine heroes cards? And guess what, the gold coins again have the highest probability on roulette spin 😂😂😂. I'm convinced these people don't play the game. Or they make it this frustrating intentionally because they are fine losing most players if only a few stick around to buy stuff. Another thing, why can't I watch as many ads as I want to get percs etc??? 😂😂😂 They are stingy with ads too which is borderline okay coz eeew ads 😂 but come on. 😂😂 Anyways, all this said, it's not all bad, I love the design lately, maps skins etc balances are okay but I really never support nerfing coz wtf I just spent wads on this hero buffing should be the way to go, the new drone system imo is just another tiered way to make more money lol but they add something to the game. All in all the cons far outweigh the pros and for this reason player acquisition and retention will never be in zeptolabs favor. Hi, when I got 0 kills but killed like 3 I call it « no face no case » (Ramsey charges) I do kills a lot and having fun, but as he said too much money spent on items you don’t even fully use/enjoy.. I’ve been contacting their staff via the game and asked them coupon or some cause I spend a lot plus inviting my entourage (promo) etc etc.. all my free times / breaks are on BE. I also stop playing it do to no competetive mode for example that would improve it more or also do to the devs being unable to listen or just holding the game up just to make 100% profit out of it thats the part where syco is right its a fact i mean its normal nowadays but i wonder why zepto uses the title that they only create games for fun to play etc. Also the Game is broken unbalanced heroes P2W. Bugs and glitches Ping problems. Although im playing on Eu server normally i started playing the rus server the most cuz it was the most stable. All i can say the game is dying bc of the devs Purely and on the bugs and glitches P2W mostly also they should do realistic chances of completing awards for events you sometimes need to be on for 10hrs and realisticly nobody has the time to play up to 10hrs everyday. Bullet Echo is dying just by idiot developers, making too much unfair with money heroes and not equilibrium heros. Example: Alice was once money hero, many people paid much to buy her upgrades, but now, after new update, she is useless with low magazine, low health, low armor, low ability, low passive skills, nearly have nothing to compare with some other heroes, she even can not kill a bastion guy or smog or ramsay, althouth she spent whole magazine on them (all bullets are hit). In other sides, Ramsay is too much strong with high HP, high damage, high speed, god like ability and quick recovery.

I'm still mad of impossibility to play lower and top level players together. You need a YEAR of common playing to reach Bravery road. Before that with 2000 trophies you'll have 900 power facing 2100 heroes if you've got such a teammate. And what's the sense? How can I grow a syndicate if I have like 3 10k players, but all the other just can't join us? Joining even doesn't work like motivation, abilities stay closed, low-level gears. I'd understand if they had not the feature, but they have! Why don't you switch it on, dmb@sses?! Few my friends were interested in the game and they broke because they were left alone and I couldn't help them.

Bullet echo is a piece of crap. It seems like only 2-3 developers are working on it. The donation prices in the game tells it itself. 0 balance, many stupid bots, while you being revived by a drone all bots are going through the whole map to destroy this drone, it's just nice programming logic by stupid developers
