Great information. The question is are the same groups of people moving from DC to PG to Charles County for the same reasons, better living opportunities. Migrating, transplanting, etc. normally occur when citizens want better living, and better housing and job opportunities Every other home on the outskirts of Charlotte, NC is a Maryland resident. Maybe an assessment may need to be completed to determine the cause and how to prevent this from happening. There is excessive migrating and transplanting around the entire country for survival, which is great, but somewhat bizarre and unusual. The last major migration was from the South to the North. Now reverse migration possibly by the same group of people.

I think most of the migraters moving to Charlotte from Maryland are mostly like working remotely and they are getting more bang for their buck compared to living in PG County.
