If people behave like a couple, that’s what happens. No one would doubt it, if they had been a guy and a girl behaving like that. It’s more coming off as homophobia that people act as if straight bros behave like that. It wasn’t like this behavior ventured to the other band members, they only directed it towards each other. All the footage of them letting go of each other the moment they noticed they were being filmed, says lots too. Sad they had to hide it considering they clearly meant lots to each other. Tons of celebs are still to this day told to not disclose their true sexual attraction, in order to seem alluring to the main demopgraphic which is the heterosexual one. Even Cara Delavigne shared in an interview she was told by big bosses within the industry, to hide her romantic relationships with women and to never discuss it in public, because it would harm her career (according to those male bosses she had). Clearly they are wrong because even when she is struggling people are rooting for her to get back on track and support the things she does in terms of projects and express positive things when they see her with a female partner.

I'll share this tho: what clinched things for me believing in Larry is that radio station pre interview moment when Louis leaned into Harry for a kiss but then Harry just caressed Louis face, nudged him with an elbow and pointed his chin toward a hidden camera. Honestly, I really think these girls/fans just want them to be together. Looking and making everything into more than it is. The show Community does a great bit about how anyone can look like they are in a romantic relationship when taken out of context. They do this with Kpop groups all the time. I think since we are full blown in the age of technology since 2020 people forgot how close we use to be to our best friends. While not everyones bff experiences are the same, it's not uncommon for best friends to behave like that. Found out about the ship a while after the breakup, so I don’t think I’m too biased. I did like harry for a long while and watched so many videos about Larry because at first I thought it was real and confirmed , but It seems they could of had something maybe management got involved because being together publicly could mess with their image and not to say that the two boy’s personalities changed in any negative way but they did or they grew into themselves at least. what I see is harry was the “womanizer” according to media I know that was kinda branded for him and Louis was vibrant and energetic some would call flamboyant I think he said it himself in an interview and in a way things switched. Harry became more comfortable in his sexuality and gender expression and Louis became more serious in a way and I think something happened to Louis to make him”tone down” his personality a little. All the in between stuff I’m not sure about. yes I think they were close and if not in a relationship I think the funny flirting was probably too much for managers at that time cough** homophobia** There could be so many potential things that happened here but That’s all my opinion from binging on Larry videos
