Seriously guys. We try and find different youtubers (often canal based, but not always) to watch. Most, like yourselves, are simply documenting their daily lives, but this as you have suggested is not as easy as it may seem to the lay person. Know this - there are very very few that cut the mustard as well as you do!! Your videos are superb. You don’t even have to be doing anything much, but you guys have a way about you and your video production is awesome. Don’t worry, we just love what you do, so don’t ever doubt yourselves. 😊👍

You portray a gentle, loving way of life. No massive stresses, just a WI, Middle England way of life that is appealing and chilled. Actually, I'd have to differ with you. I watch these guys because of the narrow boats. I find that side of life appealing. Now that they are selling Zero and are basically now land lovers, I'm finding it hard to stay around. Don't misunderstand me, I genuinely like the three of them but living as normal folk do, kind of makes the videos less appealing to me. Maybe it's just me, and I certainly do wish them all well in life. I'm just finding it hard to watch their videos these days. I miss the laid back canal boating endeavours they had.

Canal boats might be why a lot of us first watched you, but we stayed for YOU. You have a calm, simple life full of finding joy in the everyday, ordinary things, and it’s a rare treat in todays world to find a young couple on KZbin that’s not trying to be flashy or influence people into excessive consumerism. William is certainly a product of that environment - whilst he has his standard 2yo moments, he is for the most part a very content, intelligent and happy go lucky little guy. You’re both doing a great job raising him. And Jo, my eyebrows always look like that for the first few days after I get them tinted. My daughter calls it my ‘angry face’ 😉🤣

Our kitchen electrics kept tripping out & totally confused us as we'd unplugged all the appliances and still no joy. We called out an electrician at great cost...and in 30 seconds they traced the problem to an old dishwasher (that we never used) - still plugged-in to a hidden socket - duh! Love the eyebrows Jo!

I also worked as a television editor for quite a few years working across ITV, BBC and Channel 5. As much as I love editing I don't miss the all-nighters or the directors who insisting on 'trying an edit' even though you inform them it wouldn't work from a storyline point of view. But you do what they want for a few days then they just say, no, I preferred the original. Happy days.

I don't know how others do, it but I watch for the creators. If I find content creators that I like and whom I feel are decent people I will watch. I am not so much interested in what you are doing but that you are honest and genuine and not making things worse. I am too poor to support other than by watching but that I do. Vic, with your sense of humor your videos are never boring. As far as the "items" in the cushions: we've all been through that. Joanna - love the eyebrows. "Enjoy" them while you can because as you get older you'll have to "draw" them on. lol Oh, this is a grandma speaking of course. The venetian blind in the stairway that Will pulled the cord on? Please, please tie that string up to the top where he can't reach it. Here in the US they no longer sell blinds with pull cords like that because toddlers were getting choked. Oh my gosh, we don't ever want to see that happen . We all love that little guy. Take care. Joanna, the mince meat looks fantastic. I remember my mother making pies when I was young. The microplanes are sold as kitchen tools and also as woodworking tools. I have several in my woodworking shop. Very useful to shape wood. My wife has one of similar length to yours for use in the kitchen. It sounds like a faulty earth protection device, in the US we call these Ground Fault Circuit Protection.

Because I’m really interested in my creative videos, ha, ha, about my two sons, my grand dog, my artwork, and overall curiosity in general. Also, I like to report on life. The eyebrows look fine 😂 I made ‘proper’ mince pies this year, but hadn’t made enough mincemeat, so….. put a teaspoon of custard in, people loving them !!!
