This is probably the only thing other cities should copy. However, Forney is most people's last choice. But- you're right- cheap new homes for $250k.

It's interesting how some cities can be overlooked despite their great offerings! Forney definitely has some appealing options when it comes to affordable housing.

Stay out of forney it getting way too crowded, and it's not 25 to 30 mins to dallas it's 1hr to 1hr 20mins. Nice school buildings, but starting to be ghetto I've lived here all my life, and it's not the same
