Hi Emma. That shot of the Eagle, first partly hidden behind the trees, then flying & then perched above the river was just amazing ( especially for a birdnerd like me 😆). I bet you had so many questions for Geshe, I know I would have. Every single movement of the hands & arms must have a different significance whilst you were sitting side by side at the riverside. I'm so pleased you had that experience. Fascinating video xx

How amazing to have met Geshe…. It’s an incredible tradition which I know a small amount about. I practice Dzogchen Tibetan Buddhism, and as I understand it, Bon was the in Tibet prior to Dzogchen. If you have any more to share on your experience with Bon and Geshe, would be amazing to see it! How wonderful an experience that must have been🙏🤩
