The Real South India | Volunteering in Tamil Nadu
We loved our travel in South India. Tamil Nadu is such an authentic place in India to travel to, full of colour culture and vibrancy. One of our highlights of south India was when we volunteered at a children's home near Madurai. The children were so energetic and we loved our time with them. We fundraised some money to help bring some fans, school equipment, proteins and a day out to the pools for the kids. The children's home was located in the heart of south India near a small town called Virudhunagar, a very off the beaten path place to visit in Tamil Nadu, full of charm and character. I have watched quite few of your videos and the way it is put together is really commendable. It stands out from the usual travelogues which one can find. For a foreigner travelling extensively in India, many aspects can be tiring at times. You guys seems to strike a perfect chord with the environment, wherever you are. It is deeply heartening to see you taking immense pains to bring joy and laughter to a group of less fortunate kids - those who only have their buddies to their sorrows and aspirations. They will carry those unhindered moments of joy and laughter for a very long time. I am also certain that the experience was deeply gratifying for you.
