Absolutely beautiful touching remembrance of Elvis. He often said to people that he was not the king...Jesus Christ is the King, today tomorrow and forever...Hebrews 13:8 I am so glad to know that Elvis loved The Lord and in his last days gave his heart over to the Holy Spirit....Awesome

This is what Elvis was all about, not the new age, He was raised in a christian home, and loved the LORD. I am sure I will see him in HEAVEN someday. This is only part of the video, only shown on TV once that I know of. I would love to fine the rest,to see it again. They told that they would find him praying before he would go on stage. He was special.

At his peak , in the late 60s and Early seventies, he was the greatest performer Singer in the World, he Gave the world so much, and his love for God was second to none, Such a shame that those around him , did not help him more, I know they say they tried, but Truth known, they were out for what they could get from being Associated with Elvis, had they truly loved him, they would of got the help he needed , He Gave the world and his Fans so much pleasure from his Music, and would have loved to have had more of his music to listen to, his Gospel Song,s were sung from the Heart,to the Lord, God Bless you Elvis , Rest in Peace

yes he was a seeker till the end!As I've said once,he loved among many other books he had,"The Prophet" from Khalil Gibran. When he was in Bad Nauheim, the owner of the Hotel Grünewald where Elvis stayed a2 or 3 months before living in a house, recalled the young merican(as he said!) being open minded about spiritual matters,as he was himself. he remembered long discussions with Elvis about reincarnation.Elvis loved reflections that he read in the book the Prophet, reflections like : "And think not you can direct the course of love, for love,if it finds you worthy, directs your course;" "When you work you are a flute whose heart the whispering of the hours turns to music." 3your daily life is your temple and your religion" Elvis was a sensitive soul eager to explore spiritual paths.

Lisa Anthony Thank you for this story and the wonderful quotes from Khalil Gibran. He certainly explored different paths for spiritual enlightenment but I wished he had taken more care of his physical health but I think the pressures in the end were too great and as his daughter once said..'he could no longer keep the wheels on the wagon' but he tried for so long without any regard to his own well being.

So beautiful and well said, dear Ann. Me too,I often think he should have taken much more care of his own health...the pressures of his caree rwere immense and the looking after too much persons who depended on him too. he always felt very responsable for all the persons who lived with him,and the people he financially helped his whole life...he w as a wonderful generous soul.Lisa always said that her father was very protective.I will cherish him for this too, because he was a beautiful human being...and of course,so gorgeous to look at lol.Thank you for your comment, dear Ann,they are always so interesting. Cleversausage. I'll explain the Jimmy Savile thing. Radio Luxembourg had an annual vote competition called Battle of the Giants. Artists and groups would compete in a knock out programme each week when two went head to head and alternate records were played. Listeners would phone in for their fav. This always ended with Elvis v Beatles. 5 years in a row Elvis came out top. Luxembourg decided to award Elvis the title once and for all. The programme continued for some years after minus Elvis. Savile was sent to the States to give him his trophy, which he did on the set of Roustabout. Does this satisfy your sick thoughts. No? Didn't for one minute think it would.

It looks to me like 2-15-71, the one "1" is thick looking like an eight, but look close, there are no loops that you would see on an "8". That is my opinion.

I can not believe these people are still praying to Elvis. Elvis was a great entertainer and singer no doubt he didn’t walk on water he didn’t heal the blind. I think he was lonely because he couldn’t do anything without his gang around him that told him what was going on around him to control him maybe IDK but he was trapped in his own fame
