Atleast in Windbreaker there is alot of action and it captures your audience into liking the show and best of all the character doesn't cry all the time yes he is a middle scholar he has emotions he will cry but too much is too much.Most animes has unrealistic stories and plots to it and guess what? They are entertainingto watch and its good. Also, the Mc shouldn't have been this trash he should've been developed "properly"

It's insane how many people are comparing this to Tokyo Revengers. This isn't a bad anime at all, but it really is just about hands. People are into that sort of mindless scrapping with good choreography and animation, and that's fine, but like... this don't compare to Tokyo Revengers just because they're both delinquent centered anime - these mfs not even really delinquents fr, they're basically police officers for their town using the whole delinquent thing as a backdrop. The glazing is insane. It's just about the animation, which is fine, TR is story driven and the animation isn't anything special, but that doesn't make WB better than TR just because it has good choreography and looks pretty while doing it. If you prefers Sakura as an MC over Takemitchi, that's fine, but let's not be disingenuous like he's the better MC just because his emotions are limited to either being an angry or embarrassed with little in between so far.

Thank you. Wind Breaker is enjoy because of the animation, also because it’s just hands but it can not be compared to a tea with Tokyo Revengers. I don’t really understand why people are comparing those two anime because they’re nothing alike, not at all. Firstly WBs storyline is horrendous and the pace of the whole show was so quick that It could all be in one episode unlike TR. TR had a great storyline and the pace was steady ready to dive into the next part, I mean how on earth do you expect anything to be emotional to the watcher when the show is going at a high pace. The characters were all plain basically only having two emotions. Lastly, ngl episode 9 of WB was complete boring even the fight could of put more effort. I won’t go into detail on WB or TR with reasonings because I don’t really have any time but this is my opinion and yeah. 😅

Manga reader here. The theme of the story seems to depict the meaning of strength. Sakura, as you saw, is tough enough to take on numerous dudes. But where would his strength lead him? How do you define "strong"? Is it how he sees it or will his views change? The arc in this season delves into what Sakura could've been if he's striving to be at the top + meeting interesting characters + sick fights + Sakura's reflection on his goal. I really like him as the MC because while he is physically strong, he's mentally "weak". He does gets humbled/sidelined a few times, and the way he's observing, understanding, and accepting his flaws or whatever others taught/showed him makes him progressive. You'll see more of these dope fights with different styles of fighting from certain characters, even in this season's arc. He'll meet various people and some of 'em are a mess. One wrong move and Sakura could've been one of 'em. But Sakura does have morals, and now, the Bofurin. No authorities so far. One time in a flashback, they implied the police are turning a blind eye to the chaos going around.

Julzdotph, I'm not gassing up this anime, but when I tell you that I had to check who worked on this because I couldn't believe how consistency good the animation has been throughout all 9 episodes so far and I'm still in shock. I have been watching anime for nearly 20 years of my life consecutively and the cinematography and choreography does stuff to my brain to the point I have to now study these scenes for my own animation help and wish animation studios in the future continuously do what this anime has done. Yeah, you know it's good. No glaze tho, I've never read the manga and it's not one of my favorites, but it might just be it, you know what I mean.
