Hi Jagdeep. Have Been A Victim Myself At About The Same Age As Yours ! So I Can Totally Understand What You're Going Through ! Will Surely See If I can Make A Condensed Video On The Same ! Until Then 👇 - Watch Your Diet: Be conscious of which types of foods and beverages seem to agitate your symptoms most often, and monitor your consumption of them. Avoid foods that trigger symptoms. Some common reflux triggers include coffee, tea, or carbonated beverages; fatty, fried or spicy foods; and other foods such as citrus fruits, tomatoes, garlic, onions, peppermint, or chocolate. - Eat Smaller Meals More Frequently: Larger meals take longer to empty from your stomach and may apply extra pressure on the valve between the stomach and the esophagus. - Watch Your Weight: Excess weight can potentially distort esophageal valve anatomy and subsequently cause reflux. - Avoid Reclining Within 3-4 Hours of Eating: When you lay flat, gravity is no longer keeping stomach contents in place, making it easier for your stomach acid to flow up and reach the esophagus or throat. - Raise the Head of Your Bed by Six to Eight Inches: According to research, when you rest at a slight incline, gravity can work in your favor to reduce nighttime reflux episodes. - Reduce Pressure on Your Stomach: Too much pressure can squeeze your stomach and increase your GERD-related symptoms. DIASS. And PDCASS is unfair while comparing plant protein to animal protein .. it is based on giving raw single source plant foods to pigs , and checking the protein from their excretion or their intestinal track , and evualtimg score based on lowest amino acid present in that food ...( We know that animal food contain amino acids in good proportion) so the problem lies here that we combine plant foods to get a complete amino acids profile and we also cook the food ..there are RCT's and meta analysis stating that there is no significant difference b/w them if your meeting RDA of protein .also he mentioned plant based diets needs to be planned..it is true with even omnivore diets.... all the diet needs to be planned if you want to be healthy ...talking about affordability tofu is cheaper than paneer , 200 gram silken tofu can give you around 42 grams of protein and quality calcium and other essential nutients...soy products are the cheapest and good protein sources for indian population ...even plant protein protein are so much cheaper than whey protein supplm , affordability is not at all issue ...

The Question is About Protein Quality and Quantity per calorie ( Lean Protein ) Plant Protein Can Be Complete When combined with a complimentary and eaten in adequate quantity. But by doing so you're increasing your overall calorie intake. Also the amino acid profile needs to be microscopically looked at if you want neck to neck comparison.

Hi Smit i am genuine follower of content. I just have one question please try to clarify on that. In one of the interview with raj shamani doctor Bimal channjer has told that, We should not take any form of oil in our food and not even dairy products. as he told it is bad for heart health. Then my questions is if we vegetarian stop taking dairy products then how can we target our daily protein intake. I am hoping you will make a video on it to clarify.

Hi Srikanth 👋 Bimal Channjer Belief Is Part Of Anti Dairy Lobby. Certain Amount Of Fat is NEEDED For our body...Fear Mongering On Oils & Fats Is BASELESS. I Dont Agree With Him On That Point. Dairy is Absolutely Safe & Extremely Useful For We Vegetarians. Vegetarian Without Dairy Would Be Nutritionally Deficient Diet. So My Opinion is Feel Free To Consume DAIRY ✌️
