You make some good points. I wholesaled +400 deals (mostly land) and it is a grind but there are ways to bring real value. For example when an heir doesn’t have funds to pay for probate and back taxes I pay for those things, close on the deal an resell it on the market for 2-4 times what I bought it for. Not really a traditional wholesale deal anymore though.I also make a lot more than $15k per deal, +$50k is no exception and I spend close to nothing on marketing. Your model is very interesting though
