Am a Tech lead in electrical design, just a small correction in MCB 10kA represents an interrupt rating of that component which should not be used for a 20kA fault level circuit.That is very big top on Short circuit current rating.. if you wish to learn try to study UL508A suppliment SB...which one of the UL standard that talks about SCCR...every electrical designer must know if he Need to develop control panel for North America...

one doubt... a B10 mcb will trip at 3 to 5 times its rated current, that is 30 to 50 Amps.... in that case how it can have 10000amps capacity llike its written in the MCB......?? Nice practical explanation....😀😀 if possible.. kindly demonstrate at how much amp current the particular MCB is triping.... Thank you
