I just made this juice. Its amazing, you really just taste the tomato and beet and the beet makes it really sweet which for me is a problem with some juices coming out a bit bland. So far the only juices I had liked were mostly fruit, first only veggie success! Thank you Kristina loving this!

Lia, you definitely want to use a juicer for this one if you can. Otherwise, it will come out to be very pulpy and not smooth. The juicer extracts the fiber, so it's a liquid. :) There are tons of great affordable options out there, and I recommend the ones mentioned in the video or in my essentials video on the Rawfully Organic Channel.

Those that make the comment that removing the fiber is a bad idea. There are two types of fiber, soluble and insoluble , while the insoluble is removed the soluble still gets through and is very healthy. secondly there is nothing wrong with blending up your veggies and drinking them and getting extra fiber that way. anyone can do both methods and both have their advantages. cheers - juice on!

Great recipe! I love it. I just made one small addition. Pepper Plant hot sauces compliment tomato juices very nicely. Since I love a little heat in my food I used a dash of the habanero sauce in a quart of juice. It turned very tasty into an incredible treat!

I'm not a V8 fan...never have been. But I've even tried to make my own. Because I'm an onion fanatic, I actually added onion and a jalapeno for kick. It's not horrible. :D This is the only juice I strain because it's entirely too thick to stomach (for my tastes) without the straining process. Very nice...

Do you always but the celery in whole? I have the Omega Vert which is a sibling to your huron. I have bad clogging problems with celery unless I cut it really small first or run it through the food processor for slicing.

I used to do this! Make sure to get a "nut milk bag" to filter it! First put it through a strainer, then the nut milk bag. More work, but still works just fine :)
